I was looking for a creative challenge and wanted to take on bigger, more impactful projects. Larger events allow me to be more imaginative, and they often come with more generous budgets, which opens the door to truly custom, show-stopping designs. Plus, bigger events naturally bring more visibility and referrals. It’s a fun and rewarding cycle that keeps pushing me to grow.
It really depends on the vision! Some couples might spend a few hundred dollars for something simple like helium balloons or a small accent piece. Others invest thousands for more elaborate setups. Think balloon photo booths, custom backdrops, centerpieces, ceiling installs, and full room transformations. Every wedding is unique, so we tailor the décor to fit both the style and the budget.
Absolutely! Many of our designs are versatile and can be relocated throughout the day. Some couples schedule us for additional time so we can move key pieces from the ceremony to the reception or photo area. It’s a smart way to get more value and visual impact from your dĂ©cor.
I always start by asking detailed questions about the coupleâs vision. What kind of mood theyâre going for, their color palette, venue, and overall style. Reference photos are super helpful, especially if they have a Pinterest board or inspiration images. Once I have a clear direction, I create a visual mockup if needed. The goal is always to design something that feels personal and unforgettable.
Right now, Iâm loving soft touches of color paired with rich textures. Brides are asking for depth, and we can achieve that through different balloon finishes like pearl, matte, or chrome. Organic designs are also a huge trend for 2025. They bring a whimsical, modern feel thatâs perfect for weddings.
One that stands out was an elegant all-white organic arch for an intimate outdoor wedding. We used pearl and matte balloons, paired with fresh greenery and floral accents. It was timeless, romantic, and blended beautifully with the natural setting. Definitely one of those âwowâ moments.
Reach out early even if you donât have all the details finalized. That way, we can hold your date and begin the creative process. Also, take time to research your balloon stylist. Look through their portfolio and social media to make sure their style aligns with yours. Itâs so important to choose someone you connect with and trust to bring your vision to life.
Ideally, a couple of months in advance. That gives us time to plan the design, order any specialty items, and make sure weâre available. The earlier we start, the more we can customize and perfect every detail.
