B+M had a smokey but beautiful wedding day in St. Albert, Alberta. Brooklyn & Michael had their wedding ceremony at Kinsmen Club, St Albert and their wedding reception inside the Kinsmen Club. For a couple that travelled great distances for their loved ones, they wanted to spend all their time with their closest friends and family!
They wanted to focus mostly on friends and family – they didn’t care much for golden hour portraits, or fancy getting ready shots. I was there to tell the story of their special day! I will say, Brooklyn & Michael wanted to do a First Look and I was so excited to capture this moment for the happy couple. Some of the best moments in wedding days are the ones that are between couples and the quiet moments you can find on a wedding day.
For their reception, they chose to have their speeches and dance the night away at the Kinsmen Club, St Albert, Alberta. It was a full house and all the guests had such a great time with B+M! While I am writing this blog post 2 years into the future, they now have a beautiful baby girl and Brooklyn finished her PhD. (Talk about big brains!)
