Brooklyn & Michael met while B was at work. They met while M was getting treatment for his shoulder (?? I wasn’t given the total specifics of his injury) but he was getting treatment at an physiotherapy office in St Albert. She was working the front desk = the rest, they say, is history.Â
As a couple, they love to fish and enjoy being out on Mother Earth. I thought, ‘let’s do a fishing session!’. The nearest lake is an hour away from St Albert and they also had their engagement party later that day. We decided to fake their fishing at the St Albert Lacombe Park. Technically, it’s a dog park. I told them to pack their fishing rods and to bring a blanket.Â
I know every photographer stresses over high noon lighting and direct sunlight – I decided to shade them as much as I could while also backlighting them as a couple. While I was trying to push for engagement photos for the next evening, they simply had no time as they were moving from Alberta to Nova Scotia, Canada. Enjoy their cute engagement session while fishing for love!
